About the Author

Pat Hegarty is senior pastor at SouthPine Community Church in Brisbane, Australia. For eleven years prior to that he was Executive and Development pastor at a large church where he focused on creating a culture of growth, as well as overseeing strategic planning. By combining the development of in-depth curricula with specific relationships & environments, Pat saw thousands of lives transformed and engaged. He is now pouring those experiences into the framework of the 5C's & 4D's to build an integrated church-wide culture of growth that can form a scalable web of local churches. Before coming into full-time ministry, Pat's career was in engineering design and business ownership.
