About the Author

Herman Moldez is the Chief Spiritual Officer for International Care Ministry (ICM). He is also the Philippine National Coordinator for MentorLink International. His primary ministry is that he provides leadership development through mentoring and spiritual direction.  He also writes resource material for mentoring of 5,000 ICM network of pastors and 1,000 regional core leaders. He has also served as the Senior Pastor of Faith Baptist Church and IVCF Philippines General Secretary.
