About the Author

Ritch has been with uLEAD for 10-years with a background of over 25 years as a youth-serving and training professional. Ritch is involved with speaking and training engagements with over 1500 youth and youth workers across the Midwest every year. Ritch is married to Char, has two young adult children and one grand child.  His hobbies include songwriting, guitar, and kayaking. Ritch has a passion for and a commitment to equip students, adults, and organizations to ignite a passionate revolution of authentic servant leaders.
