Building Healthy Leaders, Part 5 – The 5Cs, Session 1 – Video

We need a specific goal in leader development and the 5Cs (Christ, Community, Character, Calling, and Competencies) give us a holistic goal. We must develop all of the 5Cs in the leader’s life. Traditional leader development tends to focus only on competencies but Jesus built His leaders in all aspects of their lives and characters.

Presented by our Director of Training, Robert Walter, this is the fifth video in our Building Healthy Leaders series and explains the 5C aspect of the ConneXions Model.
