A Tool for The Five Major Forms of Non-Formal Learning

Malcolm WebberMalcolm Webber

Non-formal learning should always intentionally nurture the daily ongoing experience of informal learning. This is a big advantage of non-formal training: it more naturally weaves through daily life, both in its structure (brief) and content (practical). We can see Jesus doing this in the Gospels.

Essentially, in non-formal leader development, you are free to do whatever builds life and you are free to do only what works.

This tool explains five different methods of engaging in non-formal learning. A movement of healthy leader development will use all five.

This tool is best used in correlation with our course on Effective Non-Formal Christian Leader Development.
